Assistant Manager

  • Identify and communicate all store, staff and product and inventory concerns to Store Manager in a timely manner
  • Keep sales floor and merchandise neat, organized and stocked
  • Keep stockroom and inventory maintained and organized
  • Properly complete transfers, check-in orders, and follow all protocols and procedures
  • Recruit, train and develop staff ensuring all positions are filled in a timely manner with qualified personnel
